Lifestyle Patterns in Female Reproductive Disorders
90 minutes
In reproductive therapeutics, broad patterns in the lifestyle, diet and constitution are often overlooked while focusing on interventions that may promote hormonal balance, either with hormone supplementation, or herbs or foods with actual or theoretical hormonal effects. We will describe easy to identify patterns in the diet and lifestyle that lie at the root of many female or male reproductive complaints and show interventions and herbal allies which may help correct those problems at their root.
